Welcome to The Dusk Realm, a place outside geography and beyond time. It is a place where the most horrifying things can happen. Usually, that is. Unfortunately the world’s greatest horror storyteller has brought the wrong book and is winging it.

You say goodbye to someone but… they are going the same way as you. Shudder!
Through a series of Twilight Zone style introductions our host will guide you through nightmarish scenarios, and, depending on the audience’s whims, be driven increasingly closer to insanity. Through clowning, storytelling and horror The Dusk Realm explores social anxiety, complicity and repression. But, y’know… funny.
Created and performed by the award winning Jonathan Laury (Best Comedy, Unrestricted View Film Festival 2019). His previous show The Vampire Run had sellout nights at the Lambeth, Brighton and Edinburgh fringes.

About the team:
Jonathan Laury – performer and creator. Jonathan trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and has appeared in films big and small and on stage across London. He’s recently trained in clowning with Spymonkey and Mick Barnfather, improv with Hoopla, and stand-up with Logan Murray. He played keyboards in a goth band as a teenager, so his horror credentials are bona fide.
Marrowbones specialises in dark and stormy nights and in one lit window high up in an imposing mansion. They create shows for stage and audio with a strong sense of the gothic, from live interactive comedy horror to narrative eerie podcasts.
